Sharna Bartley is a senior public sector leader with over a decade of experience delivering outcomes across the Australian Government. She is currently the National Manager, Intelligence Branch at Services Australia, responsible for leading the agency’s intelligence function to detect, analyse, and disrupt fraud and identity threats through timely, evidence based intelligence and strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to minimise harm to the agency and the community.

Sharna has held a range of leadership roles overseeing large operational and reform programs. Her experience spans fraud and corruption control, identity management, Medicare integrity reform, enterprise transformation, parliamentary services, and Indigenous employment policy. She is recognised for establishing new functions, leading large scale reform initiatives, and delivering outcomes in highly complex and high risk environments.

A curious learner with a strong interest in artificial intelligence, policy, and community partnership, Sharna holds a Master of Public Policy from The Australian National University and has completed executive education at MIT. She is a Sir Roland Wilson Foundation - Pat Turner alumna and has participated in international leadership programs in the United States and the United Kingdom.
